
It took a long time to feel comfortable in my body.
NOW I HELP OTHERS FEEL GREAT.
When it comes to fitness there’s no one size fits all.
And it has taken me almost a decade to realize that. I am trying to save people that time to unlock their full potential more efficiently and sustainably.
Coming from 4 generations of migrants, all we had was our bodies. That’s all we have carried through continents and experiences. In the last years, seeing my mother aging, was a wake-up call to find solutions for better aging.
I started my fitness journey in gymnastics where I competed individually and in teams. From there, I switched to basketball for many years. Then adulthood happened and becoming consistent became a struggle.
From CrossFit to running 3 half marathons within a year, joining classes, running clubs and not seeing many results.
Always focused on kcal burned, trying to make myself smaller with the eating disorder from my teenage years still guiding my fitness life.
I went deep into studying, coaching, and finding solutions for myself that I could then teach others to have a more sustainable approach to fitness.
I am excited to help people focus on the 70/80% of their bodies (muscles) vs on the remainder 30/20% (fat). Gaining is always better than losing and a much longer-term solution to how we help our bodies aging.
I am especially passionate about empowering women but I understand all body fitness needs. Why the focus on women? We don’t get told enough how much we are capable of. We are brought up to think that muscles are masculine when in reality being feminine should also be a synonym of strength.
I will be the strongest believer and cheerleader to unlock your potential - I know that your capabilities can go way beyond what we can imagine.
I am excited to see how far we can go.
